At ARTOUD, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance items, we maintain the following return policy.

Please review carefully before placing your order.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• Your order number

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Opened or used fragrance products
• Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
• Gift cards


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ARTOUD is not responsible for lost return shipments.
